Our favorite Autumn Gelatos

Autumn is a magical season in Cephalonia. So are our autumn gelatos !

Summer seems to hold on for a bit longer as the feeling of change looms on the golden horizon. Our flavors this month are created to celebrate and bring solace to this transition. A gelato made from a late summer fruits and berries, a scoop with a chickpea miso caramel swirl, and our branded Mantola gelato. Welcome, Autumn !

Our September choice :

Caramel Gelato

Our dedication to choose the best ingredients for our gelatos led us to use true caramel for that pungent burnt sugar flavor, which requires perfection every step of the way. Organic sugar is cooked until it’s a deep amber color, then is blended with creamy fresh milk and sea salt.

November’s special treat :

Honey and Walnuts Gelato

Very few gelatos can have a more Greek flavor than our Honey and Walnuts gelato. We combined our traditional cream gelato with delicious thyme honey and thickly chopped walnuts to produce a masterpiece!
