Gelato Tiramisu

A very special gelato based on the traditional Bolognese recipe! The base of our Tiramisu is made with a homemade whipped cream, mascarpone cheese and fresh local milk. The mascarpone cheese is subtle but really adds to the texture of the gelato. If you like Tiramisu you will love it as gelato !
